Advocate Health’s Downers Grove facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (GI/Endoscopy) for a full-time role. You will work in a 2 interventional procedure room setting, delivering coordinated patient care and supporting a high-quality endoscopy program with on-site coverage and on-call duties.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, a valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS; enjoy comprehensive benefits as part of Advocate Health

Growing Endoscopy Lab; 8 & 10 hour shifts, Stagger start times; Scheduled hours between 6a & 6p; on-call one day/week; Open one Saturday/month: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Pay Range:

• $38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

2 interventional procedure room; 4 additional procedure rooms plus a procedure room for manometries

31-40 scheduled cases/day

8 and 10 hour shifts

on-call once/week; one weekend every 5-6

Call response time 1 hour

We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS and PALS required

What You'll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
