Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care, oversee nursing staff, and coordinate resident care plans in a 100-bed facility in Westmoreland, TN. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, documentation, and teamwork with an interdisciplinary group.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, have at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (long-term care preferred), and can supervise aides.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
