Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) at Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Location: Mercy Health West Hospital, Mercy Health Queen City Medical Center, and Mercy Health Harrison Medical Center

Shift: All shifts available

Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of prior ER RN experience

Job Summary

The ER RN is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care by assessing patient status, prioritizing needs, implementing interventions, developing care plans, and ensuring a safe environment.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with the care team
• Care for diverse patient groups in a high-paced setting
• Evaluate and revise care plans
• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Administer medications safely
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor of Nursing program (preferred but not required)
• Current RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
