Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is recruiting for a full-time Emergency Room RN at a 267-bed facility in Ft. Walton Beach, FL that also houses a dedicated Cancer Care Center.

You'll work directly with physicians and the ED team to coordinate care for patients across the full acuity spectrum, from pain management and routine procedures to fast-moving critical situations. Patient and family education is a core part of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• At least 1 year of acute ER experience.
• BLS within 30 days of starting.
• ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days.
• TNCC within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with physicians and the ED team for patients across acuity spectrum.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and post-discharge steps.

Shift: Nights, rotating weekends.
