LanceSoft seeks an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-acuity Emergency Department in Panama City, FL. This role suits experienced ER nurses or strong ICU/PCU nurses transitioning to emergency care to sharpen critical skills alongside a collaborative team.

Shifts are Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with rotating weekends. Compensation includes $29.92–$44.88 per hour, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and a $4/hr night differential, plus relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience within the last year; Strong ICU/PCU background may be considered.
• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required.
• BLS required prior to start.
