PIH Health Downey Hospital seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department on a full-time night shift from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The RN will deliver direct patient care, perform assessments, plan and evaluate care, and coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with leadership experience and a focus on patient education and evidence-based practice.

• Utilize basic computer systems for charting and documentation.

Provides direct nursing care including: assessment, plan of care, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.
