Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Downey campus Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Provide direct nursing care including assessment, plan of care, education and evaluation for assigned patients, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.

This role emphasizes bedside nursing in an acute care setting within a nonprofit regional network serving the greater Los Angeles area; previous acute care or classroom education and current BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of continuing education
• Prior experience in an acute care facility or formal classroom education
• Current Basic Life Support Card (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
