Job summary

Lifepoint Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Services for an on-site role at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

The position offers a full-time night shift (3x12) with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and rotating weekends/holidays. As an Emergency Services RN, you will provide direct patient care, monitor patient status, coordinate with care teams, and advocate for patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Certifications: ACLS, PALS preferred.
• 1+ years ED or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.

• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Advanced Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCSS and Handle with Care preferred.

• Experience: 1+ years ED or critical care experience preferred
