Registered Nurses with more than 2 years of experience: $20,000 (full time)
Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Emergency Department - Biddeford/Sanford
The Emergency Department Biddeford/Sanford provides 24-hour emergency care supporting two separate campuses . Combined the campuses treat over 40,000 patients per year providing care to a variety of patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics.
This is a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration with up to 47 treatment beds in Biddeford and up to 25 treatment beds in Sanford.
The ED offers:
Dual residency training (ENA and NRC)
Every third weekend
Triage, Preceptorship, and Charge role training after one year
Role autonomy with nurse order sets and close provider collaboration
TNCC and ENPC certification training after one year
Clinical ladder advancement potential

Summary : The Registered Nurse - New Graduate - Acute Care role is working progressively towards competency and independence in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The New Graduate Program is intended to support the new graduate nurse in making the transition from student to competent clinical practitioner.
