Job summary

Dartmouth Health's Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH is hiring a Registered Nurse to join the nursing team on the 7p-7a shift. You will apply the nursing process for assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care, under supervision of the Nursing Team Leader and department physicians.

Candidates must be licensed in New Hampshire with at least one year of nursing experience preferred and current BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Nursing Team Leader, Clinical Leader and/or the Department Director and under the general direction of the department physicians, perform as a member of the healthcare team to apply the nursing process when making nursing judgments and decisions specific to assessment, planning, implementation/delivery, and evaluation of patient care, and documenting relevant data and care processes. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of New Hampshire with a minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred. Current certification in BCLS required. Excellent assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational/ time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work well as a member of a team and respond calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment and during a crisis and/or emergency. Computer skills required. May be required to participate in evening, weekend and holiday coverage according to the needs of the department.
