Job summary

Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH, part of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the nursing team. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and provide compassionate patient care in a dynamic environment.

RN license in NH and BCLS certification are required; one year of nursing experience is preferred. This role may involve evening, weekend and holiday coverage to meet department needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in New Hampshire with at least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current BCLS certification required.
• Excellent assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational/time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well as a team member and respond calmly in fast-paced or crisis situations.
• Computer skills required.
• Evening, weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Under general supervision of the Nursing Team Leader, Clinical Leader and/or the Department Director and under the general direction of the department physicians, perform as a member of the healthcare team to apply the nursing process when making nursing judgments and decisions specific to assessment, planning, implementation/delivery, and evaluation of patient care, and documenting relevant data and care processes. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of New Hampshire with a minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred. Current certification in BCLS required. Excellent assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational/ time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work well as a member of a team and respond calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment and during a crisis and/or emergency. Computer skills required. May be required to participate in evening, weekend and holiday coverage according to the needs of the department.

• Maximum:$55.34
