Job summary

Unity Health in Searcy, AR seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the Emergency Department. The role requires AR RN licensure, 2–5 years of nursing experience, and leadership experience such as charge nurse. ACLS and CPR are required. The nurse will lead nursing staff, participate in orientation, and provide floor nursing as needed.

The position is full-time and duty includes overseeing daily ED operations and ensuring quality patient care in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 2–5 years nursing experience in designated area; leadership role preferred.
• ACLS and CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of HR regulations, nursing education, orientation, staffing, and supervision.

• 1. Education: Current Arkansas Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 2. Training and Experience: Two to five years of clinical nursing experience with expertise in designated clinical area. Prior experience as nursing supervisor or leadership role such as charge nurse etc. strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. Should be knowledgeable in nursing orientation/education. Must be ACLS, CPR certified.
