Job summary

Unity Health in Searcy, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Supervisor. This full-time role provides leadership and direction to the ED nursing staff, with responsibilities including on-shift manager duties and orientation of new staff.

Requirements include current Arkansas RN licensure, 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience with ED expertise, supervisory experience preferred, and ACLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Two to five years of clinical nursing experience with expertise in designated clinical area. Prior experience as nursing supervisor or leadership role strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. Must be ACLS, CPR certified.
• Working knowledge of clinical nursing practice. Basic knowledge of human resource regulations, nursing education, nursing orientation, staffing, and supervisory responsibilities.
