Aurora West Allis Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. Work 36 hours per week across three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every third weekend and every other holiday. Competitive benefits, with night and weekend differentials and tuition assistance.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program completion, current RN license, and BLS certification. Prior ED or EMS experience preferred.

Where You Will Work

West Allis Medical Center is a level 4 Trauma, Primary Stroke, Geriatric Certified Emergency Department that averages around 42,000 visits per year. Staff provide care for adult and pediatric patients experiencing the following: acute trauma with injury, acute illnesses, and exacerbations of chronic health care conditions, women's health issues, and behavioral health concerns. Partner with a highly skilled team of Emergency Nursing staff who value strong relationships as part of a collaborative team to positively impact patient care.

We're Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• One year RN experience preferred or candidates with prior emergency medical services health care experience.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
