Responsibilities

• Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis, objectives, and interventions.
• Reviews physician prescriptions and communicates the care plan to the health care team.
• Develops nursing care plans by assessing patients and coordinating with families.
• Teaches patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Documents patient care in records and maintains infection-control standards.
• Maintains equipment and supplies and ensures a safe patient environment.
