Job summary

Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care. You will review physician orders, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with the care team to support patients and families.

You will educate patients on conditions, medications, and self-care, document care activities, and maintain a safe environment with adherence to infection-control policies. Rotating shifts include days/evenings/nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team.
