Job description

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, providing direct patient care during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care; supervise staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Coordinate patient care based on medical protocols, ensuring safety, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital emergency codes and perform all related responsibilities during emergencies or disasters.
• Support clinical staff competency and resource management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Fulfill hospital incident command system duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program; valid licensure, certification, and CPR.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
