Job summary

Health Wealth Safe in Framingham, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. The RN will assess and coordinate care on a shift basis, supervise staff, uphold safety standards, and participate in emergency response and incident command. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by Massachusetts law.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate clinical care for assigned patients on a shift basis.
• Supervise staff and ensure delivery of appropriate nursing care.
• Support high standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control.
• Perform emergency response duties, including knowledge of hospital codes and protocols.
• Fulfill hospital incident command system responsibilities during emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and CPR requirements.
