Qualifications

• You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred
• Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement: Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC; Hired on or before August 4, 2015 - IMCW; Hired on or before May 31, 2023 - IMCM
• One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions, two years preferred.
