Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Full-time RN for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab to deliver safe patient care under physician supervision during procedures such as ablations and device implants. You will work with the EP team, cardiologists, and nurses to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities include assisting in invasive cardiology procedures, monitoring, and maintaining equipment. Strong emphasis on education of patients and sterile technique, with a focus on adult care cohorts.
Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Purpose This position is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care to the adult patient under the direct supervision of a physician during Electrophysiology procedures. Working closely with the electrophysiologist, cardiologist, cardiac nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure safe and effective patient care during procedures such as cardiac ablations, pacemakers, ep study, loop recorder, tilt table, and watchmen procedures.
The role can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift equipment, wear lead for radiation protection, and assist with patient handling. Staff may be exposed to stressful situations during high‑stakes procedures requiring focus and calm under pressure. The role will come with the expectation of learning both the nurse circulating roles as well as scrub roles.
Full time – 40 hours Day Shift Ten hour shifts: 6:30am‑5pm Assigned “latevdays during week to complete procedures. Hourly Staff RN position; pay range: $36.15 – $59.95/hour Pay is based on working RN experience only. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. Unit Based Specialty pay available for experienced nurses with one or more years of RN experience
