Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Electrophysiology Cath Lab in Charlotte, NC. This is a fulltime, onsite position with long-term potential. Pay range is $38 - $57/hour plus eligible benefits.

The role requires procedural experience in EP/cath lab contexts; RCIS/RCES/ARRT credentials are accepted. Weekday 4x10s or 12-hour option including weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Procedural experience preferred in EP, cath lab, IR, endoscopy, OR, or strong cardiac background.
• RCIS/RCES/ARRT or Respiratory Therapist credentials accepted.
• Cath lab experience transferable even without EP.

Responsibilities

• Manage RN duties in electrophysiology cath lab during shifts.
• Shift options: 4x10-hour weekdays or 12-hour option with weekend day.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) - Electrophysiology Cath Lab. Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Onsite).

Pay Range: $38 - $57/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Primary need: Weekday 4×10-hour shifts (Mon–Fri, ~6:30am–5pm)
• 12-hour option: Two weekdays + one weekend day (~6:30am–7pm)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• RNs: Procedural experience preferred — EP, cath lab, IR, endoscopy, OR, or strong cardiac background
• Specialists: RCIS, RCES, ARRT, or Respiratory Therapist credentials accepted
• Cath lab experience (without EP) considered — procedural flow concepts (sedation, sterility, circulation) are transferable
• ER nurses noted as strong performers due to adaptability and comfort with unpredictability.
