HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Dual Diagnosis Unit on day or evening shifts. The role is full-time 32 hours/week with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for Evening Shift.

The unit focuses on patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health diagnoses, offering growth and strong interdisciplinary teamwork. Candidates should have MA RN licensure and ADN/ASN with BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a Behavioral Health Dual Diagnosis Unit.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient safety, administer medications, and document appropriately.
• Support patients during admission, treatment planning, and discharge processes.

This opportunity is a full-time (32 hours/week), day (7am-3:30pm) or evening (3pm -11:30pm) position and offers a comprehensive benefits package. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.

The Evening Shift position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign on Bonus!

These positions are on HRI Hospital's Dual Diagnosis Unit (DDU), a unit specifically designed for patients with substance use and co-occuring mental health diagnoses. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience working with patient with substance use diagnoses. There is an opportunity to work days (7am - 3:30pm) or evenings (3pm - 11:30pm).

HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs.
