PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care on the dialysis unit under the supervision of nursing leadership. You will apply the nursing process to plan, direct, and coordinate patient care for individuals admitted to the unit, including discharge planning and community resource access.
Dialysis RNs oversee dialysis treatments for patients with acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians.
Compensation: $52-53/hr
Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Dialysis Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides patient care to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. May perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required). Dialysis Nurses are responsible for overseeing dialysis treatments required by patients suffering from acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians.
