Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania who will provide and coordinate care for patients undergoing dialysis. You will work under the direction of nursing leadership to ensure safe, effective treatment and discharge planning, while engaging families in education and care planning.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS (within 90 days or already held). You will join a growing network with opportunities for advancement and ongoing professional

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Dialysis Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides patient care to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. May perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required). Dialysis Nurses are responsible for overseeing dialysis treatments required by patients suffering from acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians.
