PAM Health, LLC is seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Colorado team. The RN will oversee dialysis treatments for patients with acute or chronic kidney conditions, monitor during treatment, assess changes, respond to complications, and ensure safe, effective dialysis care.

The role requires an active RN license in the employment state, dialysis experience, and CPR/BLS; ACLS preferred and required within 90 days for many roles.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS preferred on hire and required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS is required from Day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Observation, and ICU positions.
• NNCC certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• We can help you obtain your ACLS certification!

PAM Health is currently seeking an experiencedDialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. If you have previous hands-on dialysis nursing experience and are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with acute or chronic kidney conditions, we would love to meet you!

The Dialysis RN is responsible foroverseeing and providing dialysis treatments for patients experiencing acute or chronic kidney failure, as ordered by the physician. The RN will monitor patients throughout treatment, assess for changes in condition, respond appropriately to complications, and ensure safe, effective dialysis care.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the Dialysis Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide, coordinate, and supervise patient care. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinates discharge planning, provides patient and family education, and connects patients with appropriate community resources.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Previous dialysis nursing experience is required
• Experience providing dialysis care to patients withacute and/or chronic kidney failure
• CurrentBLS certification
• CurrentACLS certification is preferred upon hire and required within 90 days of employment
• ACLS is required from Day 1for all Charge Nurses, High Observation, and ICU positions
• Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) certification ispreferred but not required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Pay Range

USD $44.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
