Monarch Communities in Southbury, CT is seeking an RN Designee to report to the SALSA. This is a full-time, salaried position designed to act in the absence of the SALSA and to coordinate nursing and assisted living services for residents.
Candidates must hold a Connecticut Registered Nurse license, have at least two years of full-time nursing experience (including home health), and possess basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel).

The RN Designee will report to the Supervisor of Assisted Living Services Agency (SALSA). This position is a non-exempt, hourly position.
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Assisted Living Services Agency (SALSA), the principal purpose of this position is to act in the absence of the SALSA.
Schedule: This is a full-time, salaried position.
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 Yearly
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
