Job summary

Woodland Care and Rehab delivers high-quality care to residents in a small-team environment within a larger enterprise. We seek compassionate nurses to join our full-time, part-time, or per diem roles and to contribute to individualized care plans and meticulous documentation.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time hires, PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license for Missouri
• Valid CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide services that meet or exceed standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead individualized nursing care plans for residents.
• Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately implement physicians' orders.
• Assign nursing care to team members per needs and qualifications.
• Administer medications and start IVs as needed.
• Document treatments and ensure supplies are used economically and equipment is safe.
