Winder Center for Nursing and Healing in Georgia seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time role offers a new competitive wage scale, outstanding shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, a 401k plan, and more, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, immunizations, and injections accurately.
• Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
• Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas.
• Record and maintain accurate medical records in our computer system.
