Job summary

Empire Care Centers in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care to residents and support the care team. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, perform routine procedures, respond to emergencies, and supervise LPNs and nursing assistants, ensuring safety and dignity for patients and families.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full‑time employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's condition and assess needs to provide best possible care
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts
• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
