Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and deliver high-quality medical care to our residents. The RN will monitor patient conditions, collaborate with physicians, and administer prescribed treatments in a supportive setting.

The position involves supervising LPNs and aides, ensuring safety and hygiene, and responding quickly in emergencies. A GA RN license is required, with preference for long-term care experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team and become an integral part of our mission to provide superior care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients

• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts

• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders

• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)

• Provide instant medical care in emergencies

• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants

• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
