Delray Medical Center is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team. The RN will work days in a full-time role, focusing on preoperative patient care and coordination with physicians, anesthesia staff, and the broader health team.

Requirements include current Florida RN license and BLS; PALS preferred. CNOR is a plus and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 may be paid over 24 months for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license is required.
• AHA BLS Certification is required; PALS preferred.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Job Shift: Days

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The Surgical Services RN works collaboratively with physicians, anesthesia personnel, and other health team members to determine the patient’s individual needs preoperatively and is responsible and accountable for the delivery of clinical nursing care and utilization of the nursing process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE

Prior clinical experience in area of expertise preferred.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION

Current Florida RN license, AHA BLS Certification, PALS

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

CNOR Certification Preferred.
