Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care - ICU - Night shift

This role involves providing patient care using the Nursing Process within the Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and Scope & Standards of Practice. The RN delegates, directs, and assists team members, ensuring quality outcomes and respecting diversity. The position requires professional responsibility and accountability.

Minimum requirements include:

• Education: Registered Nurse Diploma (required), Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license in practice state, BLS certification (required), and specialty certifications (preferred).
• Skills: Computer proficiency, effective communication, organizational and time management skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies.
• Manage and delegate resources within the nursing team.
