Nextaff seeks experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for correctional healthcare roles in the Phoenix area. This W-2 position offers steady scheduling, weekly pay, thorough onboarding, and ongoing support to help you succeed in a demanding environment.

Shifts include day and night twelve-hour options. You must hold an Arizona RN license in good standing and a current BLS certification. The assignment requires three twelve-hour shifts per week for a minimum of 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required).
• N95 respirator fit testing completed.
• Current immunization records on file.
• Professional attitude and reliability.
• Ability to work in a correctional healthcare environment.
• Commit to 3 twelve-hour shifts per week for at least 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Support onboarding, shadow shifts, and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and high-quality patient care within the facility.

Pay & Schedule $48 per hour W-2 employment NOT 1099 Day & Night shift openings available 3 twelve-hour shifts per week RN must commit to 3 shifts per week for a minimum of 13 weeks Weekly pay every Friday Work week runs Monday-Sunday Overtime opportunities may be available when offered by the facility and accepted by the employee?

RN Requirements

• Current, active Arizona RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of RN work experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) In-Person certification required
• Copy of current, completed N95 particulate respirator fit testing
• Copy of current immunization records
• Professional attitude and reliability
• Ability to work professionally and effectively in a correctional healthcare environment
• Ability to commit to 3 twelve-hour shifts per week for at least 13 weeks
