Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in pulmonology, oncology, critical care or cardiac surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient care across the continuum of care for designated patient populations.
• Serve as a clinical resource, patient advocate, and liaison among patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience.
