Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CDIS)

As a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CDIS) at Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI), you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation within the healthcare facility in Memphis. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to improve patient care quality by enhancing clinical documentation that supports coding accuracy and reflects the true severity of illness.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reviews of clinical documentation for quality assurance and compliance.
  • Work closely with physicians to clarify and obtain accurate clinical information.
  • Educate healthcare providers on best practices in clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with coding teams to ensure accurate coding and reimbursement.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives related to documentation quality.

Minimum Requirements:
