Job summary

Tanner in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Clinical Decision Unit (Days) (PRN). The RN will perform nursing functions, supervise staff, assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes.

Candidates must hold a Georgia RN license and CPR certification, with ACLS, NRP, PALS and SCIPP timelines as specified. This is an on-site role with 12-hour shifts from 7a to 7p, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license required or equivalent
• CPR/Healthcare Provider certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU if GI call
• NRP within 12 months of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within 12 months of hire in PACU
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke

Job Description

The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.
