Job summary

Tanner Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in accordance with the state nurse practice act. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.

Licensure includes Georgia RN license or multistate license, and CPR (BLS) through the American Heart Association. ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications have time-based requirements.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license (or multistate) required.
• BLS through AHA (CPR) required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU if GI call or Cath Lab.
• NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 1 year of hire in PACU.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
