For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 1-2 years of experience and $20,000 for those with more than 2 years of experience!

o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part-time RN position. Bonus amount is prorated for Part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible.

o Current MaineHealth employee members are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation from employment.

This is a part-time, 24-hour per week position.

Your Role:
The Home Health RN at CHANS Home Health & Hospice | MaineHealth provides excellent, competent, patient- and family-centered care. In accordance with national standards of nursing practice and within the guidelines and policies of both MHCAH and the Maine State Board of Nursing, provides highly reliable, evidence-based, patient-family centered quality care through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of nursing care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.

  1. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date. Valid Driver’s license with vehicle availability and liability insurance coverage as specified by agency policy required.
  2. Experience: One year of relevant experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse – Home Care role.
