Job summary

Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware, is seeking dedicated hospital-based nurses to join our Float Pool Team. This role offers 12-hour shifts across multiple units, allowing you to sharpen your clinical expertise while making a difference in patients' lives. Ideal candidates will have a BSN and at least 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience.

Qualifications

Position Details:

• Full-Time Flex: 72 hours per pay period
• Some Flexibility
• 12-hour shifts available on Day, Evening, and Overnight
• Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including, without limitation, skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
