Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a cath lab Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time day shift includes a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation, and eligibility for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold an Arizona RN license (or Compact state) and an ADN, with BSN preferred and ACLS/BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred.
• Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required.
• Cath Lab experience required; ICU/ER/Flight critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that emphasizes safety and reduces medical errors.
• Formulates and revises an individualized plan of care based on patient response.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to care team, providers, patient and family.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, transfers, discharges, and referrals.

How you'll contribute

Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.

Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness.

Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate.

Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred

Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required

Experience: Critical care such as ICU, ER, Flight preferred. Cath Lab experience required.
