• Provides routine client care, monitors health status, and assists with treatments under RN supervision.
• Performs vital signs, medication administration, and documents health information accurately.
• Communicates client needs, reports changes, and collaborates with healthcare teams.
• Ensures supplies are available, manages medication records, and maintains a safe environment.
• Provides supervision and education to non-licensed staff, participates in evaluations, and supports quality improvement.
• Requires CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, computer skills, and flexibility for varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred; some travel may be required.
• Salary is $30/hour, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
