Beaumont Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead patient assessments, plan and coordinate care, and manage cases under physician direction.
You will educate patients and families, ensure patient safety, and work autonomously within state scope of practice, daily on-site in our Detroit area home health team.

Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm; Evening/Weekend/Holiday On-Call Rotation

You’ll assume ultimate accountability and leadership for the assessment of the patient condition and plan of care. You will case manage and provide clinical care under the direction of the physician. You’ll educate patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. You will work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time. You'll be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.
Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment. Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting. Home care experience preferred. Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver. Capable of all physical demands.
