Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse CC, you will be responsible for:

1. Identifying particular needs while implementing quality standards of nursing care in the area of clinical specialty.
2. Evaluating and documenting status and following patient progress through phone calls, test results, and report preparation.
3. Evaluating the quality of nursing care via patient rounds.
4. Serving as a liaison between patient/family, medical staff, and others involved in treatment. Advocating for patient-centered care grounded in collaboratively resolved healthcare goals and priorities.
5. Delivering direct patient care around the specialty.
6. Functioning as a resource to patient care units, outpatient clinics, and medical staff regarding clinical specialty.
7. Providing education services to patients, their families, and other hospital staff regarding clinical specialties.

Minimum Qualifications
