Zaddy Solutions is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts in Great Falls, Montana. The role focuses on inpatient critical care with advanced monitoring and cardiovascular surgery patients.

You will work in a hospital-based CVICU, collaborating with physicians and a diverse care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The position requires ADN with preference for BSN, MT RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1–2 years ICU/CVICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications in BLS and ACLS; PALS within 6 months of hire; ENPC and TNCC certifications preferred; PALS preferred.
• 1–2 years of dedicated Cardiac Surgical ICU experience preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with Impella pumps, cardiac balloon pumps, and CRRT equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced physiological monitoring from admission through discharge.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, multiple IV pumps, CRRT).
• Monitor patients with advanced cardiac devices (IABP, Impella).
• Serve as a clinical floor leader, guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
• Collaborate with Providers, Charge Nurses, and leadership on care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.

We have partnered closely with a prominent regional healthcare system to secure a full-time, dedicated nursing professional for their inpatient critical care services division. We are currently seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized clinical team on the night shift. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced physiological monitoring from admission through discharge.
• Manage and operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment, including mechanical ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, multiple titration IV pumps, and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).
• Monitor and manage patients utilizing advanced cardiac assist devices, such as intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) and Impella pumps.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor, providing direction and collaborative support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary hospital staff.
• Collaborate closely with Providers, Charge Nurses, and nurse leadership to implement evidence-based care plans and thorough discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous, timely electronic documentation of patient status, interventions, and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Certifications: Core certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required. Must complete PALS courses within 6 months of hire. EPNC and TNCC certifications are preferred; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is also noted as preferred on qualifications.
• Required Experience: Proven post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit coupled with recent Critical Care/ICU nursing experience specifically involving cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years of dedicated Cardiac Surgical ICU experience is strongly preferred. Hands-on clinical familiarity with Impella pumps, cardiac balloon pumps, and CRRT equipment is preferred.
• Core Skills: Advanced nursing principles and procedures, proficiency with basic office equipment, use of multiple IV pumps, and ability to operate advanced medical equipment.
