Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality cardiac telemetry and heart failure care within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, family education, and collaboration across clinicians to improve outcomes and safety. A valid RN license and BLS/ACLS are required, with a preference for additional certifications and a BSN. This on-site position supports ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) from an accredited program.
• Less than one year of clinical experience; direct patient care experience preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; instructor and provisional certifications preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, promoting patient engagement in care.
• Coordinate safe, quality care by documenting accurately and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
