Ardent Health Services is seeking a Cardiac Rehab Registered Nurse for a part-time day shift in Westwood, NJ. The role focuses on personalized nursing care, patient education, and coordination within the hospital's Cardiac Rehab program.

Requirements include an RN license in New Jersey, 1+ year of experience, BLS within 14 days of hire, and ACLS certification. Prior cardiovascular experience is preferred. Rate of pay reflects experience and education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing.
• 1+ year of experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the NJ State Board of Nursing Examiners
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Responsabilités

• Assists in delivering personalized, professional nursing care and maintains patient safety and education within standards and guidelines.
• Manages patient assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and supports other nursing units as needed.

• Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting in the delivery of personalized, professional and quality patient care, internal and external customer service, assuming responsibility and accountability for the patient, providing nursing care for the patient to include: the assessment, planning, implementation, education, management and evaluation of the patient within the standards of nursing care and operational guidelines, preparation of all departmental paperwork, entering and retrieving patient information from the Hospital Information System (HIS), providing nursing care or education in other nursing units when necessary and maintaining the work area in a clean and organized manner.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
