RN Cardiac Full Time Nights Position Summary

Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team. The nurse must perform systematic assessments, identify problems, set goals, and document care. Nursing care is implemented according to the care plan, ensuring continuity and safety. Continuous evaluation of patient status and care effectiveness is essential, with modifications made as needed. Actions include medication administration, treatments, patient education, and documentation.

Qualifications for RN Cardiac Full Time Nights

Licensure/Certification: Valid Arizona Nursing License or compact license, with ability to obtain Arizona license within 30 days. BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred.

Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
