Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Cardiac Catheterization Lab PACU Registered Nurse (RN). You will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced cath lab environment, ensuring timely assessments and documentation in the PACU.

The role requires an accredited RN program completion, a current Oklahoma RN license, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Join a patient-centered team focused on safe, high-quality care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-approved Registered Nurse Program
• 2 year Associate Degree (ADN)
• Valid State of Oklahoma RN License
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer before direct patient care

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in accordance with standards
• Deliver age-appropriate care and monitor patient status on the unit
• Develop and modify the plan of care based on patient needs and policies
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act requirements
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes

• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

• Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.
• Plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
• Expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
