Job summary

Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Cardiac Catheterization Lab RN. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced cath lab, collaborating with interventional cardiology teams to monitor hemodynamics and manage post-procedure care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Oklahoma RN license, BLS, and ACLS either on hire or within six months. Preferred: 2 years' cardiac or critical care experience and NIHSS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS certification preferred or obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology.
• Respond to life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes knowledge bases of nursing education and experience in order to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.


• Responds to life threatening situations with appropriate interventions.


• Practices in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, included but not limited to cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation.


• Organizes patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program


• Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN license


• Must obtain and maintain a current BLS


• If ACLS certified upon hire, must maintain; otherwise, obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment and maintain

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Experience 2 years on cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU)
