Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit on a full-time day shift. This role emphasizes bedside care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to the nursing process in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of acute care nursing experience in cardiac, telemetry, or stepdown environments, and will participate in initiatives like hourly rounding while supporting quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience in Cardiac, Telemetry, CVICU, or ICU settings.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Current RN license in the State of Arizona or eligibility.
• BLS certification; ACLS required upon completion of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care per the nursing process and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit on a full-time day shift. This role is ideal for RNs with at least one year of acute care experience in a cardiac, telemetry, or stepdown setting who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit, you will provide individualized bedside care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest quality outcomes for our cardiac patients. You will also take part in initiatives like hourly rounding and may serve in a charge nurse capacity as needed.

  • Experience: Two or more years in a cardiac stepdown or progressive care unit
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
